hacker harrassing my family and i. videos, plz admins look

this kid named kody who was watching my channel this night went into my ip address and found out all my information and called my house numerous times harrasing my family and waking up the house. leaving threatning voicemails of my accounts hacked and my families' personal information leaked onto the internet. i have a video saved on JTV clips, Youtube, and in my computer of this incident when he sent me messages on xbox live. the video is here: http://www.justin.tv/clip/611430eb2e6c4474

I would look into contacting your local police department & filing a police report. Possible stalking charges might could be brought against them also.

It's not nice in anybody being harrased, you don't have to take this sort of stuff. If it is happening on xbox 360 you can give microsoft a call or file a report from the xbox dashboard. Don't be in a hurry to delete the messages this offender is sending you. They can come in usefull should it go any further and it will be used as prove should it get any more serious than it already is.

You say he has hacked you by getting a hold of your IP address. You should give your ISP a call for a new modem and explain what has happened. It is advised that you now do a full security scan of your system. Something similer has happened to me, only it was not harrasment related, he could plant what is called a keylogger on your system, and that is very hard to get rid off. The only person who can get rid of that is the person that planted it in your system in the first place...

Lastly, the people that think they are invincible when they are harrassing and hacking and stealing peoples ID, I can tell you that they are not, and that the police really can deal with it. You may not know of the progress of the police duties against this sort of stuff but they are not there just for street crime and car crime ect. they do have fraud offices ect as well.
