SeeToo "Failed to initialize"

Hi, I'm pretty new to broadcasting here, but now I'm having a problem using the SeeToo plugin. I had successfully set up a short broadcast earlier using that plugin, though the friend I had testing it complained that the stream was choppy/slow.

Now, however, I can't get it to work at all. I do the Select a Video, choose my vid (the video is in MP4 format and does work when played locally), and then after hanging on "Loading File" for a few minutes I finally get that "Failed to initialize" message.

Any ideas?

Can you try a different video file to check?
