no screen or chat [Archive] - Justin.tv Community Help Forums

I've been using justin for weeks. Suddenly i have no screen on any channel and the chat room is blank. Even the advert at the top is failing to load. Firefox and windows user. Any clues?

try clear your browser cache and history. In firefox Tools > Clear Private Data

i have the same problem as neil, clearing cache, and everything related does not help.

I have this same problem. Started about the same time. I have no live feed or chat when viewing a live channel. I can view clips and archives but nothing live. I have updated flash player and all other programs. I have tried FIREFOX, EXPLORER, GOOGLE, and OPERA browsers. Nothing works! PLEASE HELP!
