Need help with FPS at FMLE

Hello! and thanks for looking! :)

I have a problem with FMLE...

The problem is that the FPS is not consistent. Its only consistent at 8.00 FPS higher then that, and it keep jumping between 5 and the desired FPS.

Now the same is with my bit rate. I imagine thats normal as it depends what it is on your screen.

I tried a bunch of differnt settings and found that the FPS is only stable at 8 and below, which is not good for broadcasting video games as you can imagine. ive tried putting more CPU on the FMLE didnt work... and all a bunch of other things I cant remember. ._.

I am using VHScrCap as my capture device and using stereo mix as my audio capture. format is H.264.. im also running windows 7.

There are a couple things we need to know to help you better:

What is your CPU, Graphic's graph?

What is your resolution ? (settings on both VHScrCap and FME)

What is your data rate? ( and cable upload speed from speedtest.net)

Are you using FME2.5 or 3.0?

Is your CPU getting overload when casting? (look in your windows task manager)

Or you playing games off a capture card or PC desk top capture?

What boxes on VHScrCap are checked ?

my cpu... is I think 2,93 GHZ? sorry im kinda a noob in this.

my resolution is on 320x240 in FMLE, I think the vhs one is quite random and depending on what game I play since I play games on my pc and want to record that.

uh my upload speed is 2.81 MB, No idea what my data rate is. ._. im sorry.

Im using FMLE 3!

My cpu is not getting overloaded.

The boxes that are checked on VHSscrcap are... Align video, Show mouse, Show clicks, Optimize screen capture, Optimize screen deliver, Resize to output size, Use linear resize in 32bit mode, Keep aspect.
