Hello,

Does anybody have a Motorola Droid, the new phone that just came out, and could confirm that the video from the Justin.tv pages can full screen correctly and play on these phones?

The phones support flash, but I'm afraid the JTV system will surely output too much data for the phones to process.

This should be easily resolved by doing some down shifting of the video stream, perhaps something that pro channels could have, which would allow viewing on Droid phones.

Would be nice if people with the phone now could say if this works or not :)

This is the new Verizon phone, I am sure they will starting popping up all over the place.

I would like to see a GSM version of the Motorola Sholes (Droid).

. Are they on display at verizon? I could try it with my sprint mifi :)

I'm not completely sure...

I know JTV is starting to work on mobile versions. I think they did release a mobile version for blackberry phones.

Please if it does work, let us know :)

I got my hands on a demo unit of the Droid and can confirm that the Justin.tv does *not* yet work with it due to some internalized Flash bugs that still need to be fixed. The estimated date for flash video of which the JTV site uses is February 10 for the Droid support.
