Speakers not detected?

When I broadcast with FME (doesn't work with the JTV broadcaster either) it wont let me put on any audio. I broadcast movies and anime's and such where sound is very important but when I look at the drop down menu under Audio, there is nothing there, except my webcam mic but I don't need that...

Another problem is that there is a lot of lag when I broadcast. I use superwebcam to capture the video and use FME to broadcast. There is a link below to my settings and if you see something wrong with it could you please reply telling me what to fix so I get less lag.

For audio, you need to stereo mix (http://community.justin.tv/mediawiki/index.php/Stereo_Mix).

If you're stream is lagging, find out you're upload speed here (http://www.speedtest.net). I need to know what you're are broadcasting, as its can be different with other types of broadcasts.
