I dont get it. How come other channels can show whatever show or movie with no problems, but when ever I show something, I get Banned or something. Can someone please explain this to me in lamen's terms? I dont need another copy of the dmc rules or terms and services. EXPLAIN IT...give me some examples. Thank You!

You were banned for broadcasting copyrighted content without permission. That is stealling. The copyright owner found out, and sent a take down request for you're channel.
Channels get shut down everyday, and if channels stay up that are broadcasting copyrighted content, then that's because they have not been caught.

Copyrighted content is removed when the copyright owner requests it to be removed. As said above there are plenty of content removed everyday and if you broadcast such content you are risking having you account removed.

thank you fordy. thats all i wanted to hear. im sure the other channels will be banned eventually but, still, can anyone tell me why they have a movie catagory if you cant cast movies or shows? i even see 2009 movies weeks after the theater opening and still jtv doesn't hunt them down...

Some movies are non copyrighted, which are broadcasted here. Also some broadcasters have permission.
