Volume/pause buttons not working

Today I seem to have lost the ability to pause a stream, or adjust/mute the volume. I click on them, and there is no responce. Any ideas why?

Check and make sure you are running the latest version of flash. Also try clearing your cache and history

actually. I left and just came back, and it is doing the same again. even after clearing cache.

Woah... 2.0?? The latest version of Firefox is 3.5. Try upgrading to that and see what happens.

Just throwing this in here - how about taking the step away from firefox and trying smth lke safari or google chrome. I made the switch (still trial) but for right now I am very satisfied - and I have been using firefox for years!
