Have you tried emptying the cache? If not empty it and restart the browser

Since more than a thousand people had the problem already it has to do with - either the recent windoze updates or the jtv beta version.

I for example do not have any issues and I haven't gotten windoze updates at all!

You are possibly global banned.

Has it passed 24 hours since the problem occurred?

Try opening IE(or whatever you use) and go straight to the channel you want through the url, this has been working for me so far.

HI.......I'm having the same problem with chat not loading as others have talked about here.

I've tried:

1) clearing cache
2) bumping up the storage for activex (or whatevah that was...right clicking on the video feed....)
3) checking that java is enabled
4) rolled back the windoze update that came in a few days ago

This is a pretty big bug........and seems that its one that has affected many. A friend said he has same problems a few months ago and it went away on its own. Not sure that is much comfort at this point.

I'm happy to entertain other ideas. I've been searching for a solution to this.

as someone said previously open up new IE thing and go straight to the URL of the channel.. that is a temporary solution
