I have read the guide and have it working. The problem is, VHSCD will only output 640x480 when I broadcast which is a very small resolution. Even WoW does not allow that small of a resolution. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make it a larger resolution so people can actually see my screen? I was hoping for 1920x1200 but anything is better than 640x480.

Do you know of a solution that would allow me to broadcast it in larger resolutions? It doesn't have to be free, I am willing to pay. I have asked some others that are broadcasting in larger resolutions but I have not received responses. Thanks.

it doesnt really matter, JTV only shows the broadcast at one size. The viewers will still see the full game.

If you are willing to pay you could try Webcammax. I use it to stream movies and sometimes explain things on my screen. You can choose a specific area, a specific window, the whole screen, and follow the cursor. It can play movies in almost every format (just need to get the real alternativ plugin for .rmvb files) and you can use your webcam with it. All in all it is an awesome program - you can add effects to your stream and more. I tried to screen counterstrike once - but my puter ran really slow. Depending on what you are using and what settngs you have in WoW you might be able to stream in HQ with a very powerful processor, a good video card and at least 3 gb of ram (for very good broadcast)
Hope I was able to help you.
Download Webcammax Here -> http://www.webcammax.com/

Sry for double post - just read you computer stats! The program should run without any issues at all (probably like everything else you have on ultra high quality) LOL.

Okay, I understand that much now. However, is there a way to at least make it fill the screen since I play in 16:9 but its only letting me broadcast in 4:3?
Included a screenshot since I don't know if we are allowed to link to channels or not.

EDIT: Just saw ethicalhackers post. I will give that a try, thanks!

The screen option in webcammax should work in 16:9. It works fo my laptop - 15,4 Inch Dell (16:9 ratio).
Yesterday I even hooked up a second monitor which is in 4:3. Let me take a screen shot and show you.

Thanks. That has helped me when broadcasting in the limited resolution but what I am trying to accomplish is this:

It seems justin.tv allows much higher resolution for this persons channel than what I am offered.

He has it set to widescreen, go to setting>Then tick the widescreen box at the bottom. You can set the resolution in fme, thats all I can think of, to solve you problem.
