on mirc i keep getting these **** popups from jtv and jtvnotifier.... they are really pissing me off... how do i ban them so they dont pop up anymore?

apparently dam with an n at the end is a bad word? lol just wanted to clarify i wasn't saying anything completely horrible :-P

I don't know of a way to stop this. jtvnotifier is basically the growl notifications on the webpage.

One option you have is to disable mIRC queries altogether. I had to do this myself with Gengar bot about a year ago.
To disable private messages with mIRC do the following:
1. Go to the mIRC Options.
2. Select the last option from the left menu. Labeled "Other". Choose the "Lock" subcategory.
3. Check the "Chat/Query" under the disable group of options on that window.
4. Click "Ok".
Done. That's the easiest way to do it and will work for everyone that doesn't have the need for the jtv or jtvnotifier messages.
