As a daily user of Justin.tv, I see a lot of people throughout the site interacting with their favorite channels in chat and through private messaging. I've been apart of many online communities throughout the web, even held a few volunteer helper positions in them. One thing a lot of these communities use and take full advantage of are message boards. I propose JTV add a new section to the forums here for general conversations. a place in which our community can meet up in, talk about streams, JTV matters and other general chit chat. Our community is growing every day and I feel this section would be quite beneficial to all of us worldwide!
Also, maybe a multilingual section for international users :)
