Okay so I found a new way to stream with game and mic without using a mixer.

Here what you need:
3.5mm Male to Male
EasyCap 2.0 or Dazzel
Y RCA Male to 2 females
3.5mm Male to 2 RCA Males
Gaming chair with a Input and Headphone Jack (3.5mm)
Virtual Audio Cable 4.09 (google the torrent)
USB Microphone Headset

1. Plug in your USB headset
2. Open up Audio Repeater and set the input to whatever your USB Mic is. Set the output as your speakers, hit start and talk into the mic and you should hear yourself on the speakers!
3. Make sure your capture card is plugged in. The things that should be connected to it is the Video (obviously).
4. Now lets get the audio connected. Instead of connecting both white and red RCA in, you plug in the White RCA into the red RCA jack of the capture card!
5. Now you connect the 3.5mm male to 2 RCA and connect the 2 RCA males to the 2 females of the Y RCA. Then connect the Y male RCA to the white RCA jack of the capture card.
6. Now we got all that done now we use the chair. First make sure its on, than connect the 3.5mm male to male to the input jack and connect the other end to your PC Headphone jack. Next take the the Y 2 RCA Male to 1 3.5mm Male and connect the male to the Headphone jack of the gaming chair. Now whatever you hear on the PC speakers will hear on the capture card sound!

Now Fire up FME (I use 3.0)
use your normal video settings (Make sure your sound is the capture card Line in and is set to Stereo sound) if you don't get sound use the tutorial to get sound to work on your capture card.

You should be able to adjust the sound settings for your mic under the sound settings of recording devices and you could use the chair volume too plus your pc sound!

I did this all on Vista. I'm not sure if this will work for 7 or XP but who knows anyways hope you like this tutorial!
