Channel owners and their mods are allowed by justin.tv rules to ban anyone they choose from their channel.

witch is right... Ive been banned for nothing, accidently banned, and since I broadcast, do the same to anyone that comes into my channel with ausername thats designed to start trouble, doesn't follow rules, etc...
If you get banned from a channel, dont fret, it happens sometimes, justmove on, plenty of other channels out there.

Sometimes ugly mods will ban if you have an attractive pic up. Some mods have also been known to ban if you say anything derogatory about the special bus they ride to school.
