having issues with whatever and i want to stream

im not good with computers i have no idea what bandwidth is or any of that mumbo jumbo, but apparently my NEW COMPUTER dosnt have a lot fo bandwidth, which seems like b/s why cant i just freakin stream in HD, secondly, i had an old account that played all the videos i downloaded easily and now most of them lag and have no audio, i cant help but blame all these new changes jtv made in the last few months, i dont like it, the new menu to choose vids etc, and crappy quailty because of this bandwidth nonsense or whatever, someone please tell me what to do, thanks

A bandwidth problem would be a problem with your ISP.

Go run a SpeedTest (http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/)and tell me what you download and upload speed is.
