OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit
Broadcast Option: Best
Browser: Firefox 3.0.12
My capture device is ATI TV Wonder 650.. and runs on Catalyst MEdia Center. However, when I try to broadcast, it detects my capture card, but no video is showing. Everything is correctly wired, and when I close the broadcast window and open up Catalyst, it works fine. (The two can't run simultaneously). Any help is appreciated.

Can you try Flash Media Encoder (http://www.justin.tv/p/fme)?

Okay, so I have installed the flash media encoder, and it shows my video, however I have encountered several other problems:
1) Immediately after detecting my video input, the screen freezes (For the input/output, not the computer) I am not sure why.
2) The picture is massively distorted.
I have a picture of everything here

Once again, any help is appreciated.

Hello charmanda,
Thanks for the response.
I ran a quick search and found this on an Amazon Product Review for it:
The first thing I used it for was to capture some video from my DirecTV DVR. The picture quality was not that great and the recording kept freezing. There were multiple times when I would go back to my computer to check the status and I would realize that the recording had been frozen for 30+mins.
Not sure if this has to do. First of all make sure ALL programs that the capture card came with are closed when you are trying to broadcast.
I would next try calling the company and seeing if they know anything. Unfortunately I have no experience with the ATI TV Wonder 650.
Keep me updated.
