Why are broadcasters allowed to return after breaking the TOS? I have done reports but Admins are not listening. Right now there is a girl who was banned 4-5 times and is now broadcasting again in social. I reported her like 2 hours ago and still not banned. She is a return TOS violator! An admin or staff should also be monitory the social page too.

Also, last night was an channel broadcasting illegal **** fighting and it was reported too and still not banned.

Do you people care and listen to your viewers? Some of us try hard to keep JTV clean but we get ignored and banned for helping. Keep it up and you will lose viewers.

You know, I guess you are right. Nobody should really worry about TOS violators being banned and coming back...I mean, it's not like they really broke any rules(like showing porn or naked bits), you really want to ban somebody, ban them for running an off site blog about JTV. Now those are the scum that should be banned. Right?

Which is why they need to get more Admins that actually work. Out of how many maybe one or two does something when you complain. You like JTV the way it is, stick around, if you haven't seen why people gripe so much, you will. And if you ever get any complaints, be careful of who you complain to, or else you might get banned. :D

Probably because Admins like Brandenlee like to watch her. Apparently JTV staff does not monitor the volunteer Admins, to determine whether or not they treat JTV users fairly. Remember that Admins are NOT paid JTV staff, they are just regular folks with no credential worth noting.

i dont think i have seen brandenlee in any channels they should be more admins there 15 i only see 3 on the whole site. and some admins live in friends channels 24/7??? they should be made to leave and visit social sometimes

It seems that they pick and choose who to ban and who to let back on. I've seen people get banned, then unbanned withing hours, while others are banned, sometimes for nothing, and are never allowed to return. It's beyond me how this system works, but in the end, there does not seem to be any specific set of criteria for dealing with each situation.

Very simple how it works, if you **** off an Admin, you get IP banned, if you show your boobs while an Admin is in the channel, and the Admin is a man, you are safe for life. :p

GFY and get a life. GO ahead report me and a nice answer to a problem. Maybe we should all get a life and GF ourselves when issues and problems arise.

I'll could say more but not worth it with such a brilliant reply like yours.

**Maybe it's you who should get reported if the admins or staff would know what GFY means**

The original poster is correct. I see many banned broadcasters that come back using another account and are not banned. They broadcast for days. I am not going to post names or links, but right now are some girls that were banned and broadcasting right now in the social channel. So, the Justin.tv terms of service (TOS) is not being followed. They need admins to monitor and have some kind of a system to know which channels were banned before.

Well its no big secret that we have a hand full of people here on the forum that when they see someone come in and say "i've been banned" those others tell them - "Do this and this and you can come right back in and broadcast".

Yup, I am the original poster. Justin.TV has a more than million people and we are all the same person. Maybe you smokingness are him too with dual personalities. Do you have anything constructive to contribute to this discussion except for telling people off?

And these people continue to return over and over because? It's too easy to create a new account. If JTV staff was really concerned about these return offenders, they would create a better system to handle it. I like the idea of having "wanted" posters out, if you will, but that would not be practical consider the number of suspensions handed out per day. I know that if I recognize someone that I personally suspended back on, I remove them, but what about all the other staff/admins? How would they know that they are repeat offenders?

The fact is that JTV doesn't seem to care too much of it. The simple IP bans we do seem to do nothing when a 15 year-old girl returns in 5 minutes after being banned for not moderating her channel of perverts. However, when an admin and it's bot gets IP banned it takes more than a day to get unbanned by the staff. Go figure. There has to be better ways of handling the problem. Anyone who thinks up a solution to the problem should apply for a job there. Just sayin'. (http://www.justin.tv/p/jobs)

lol @ they pick and choose who to ban and who to let in, a ban is a ban ON AN IP ADDRESS. If one gets a new IP then they are back, end of story. Why are you so concerned about it, JTV has operated this way for years and the world has not ended, get over it. If they EVER did start using permanent bans, there would be NO CASTERS HERE, that means NO SITE. lolthe majority of casters here HAVE BEEN IP BANNED at some point in there casting career and thats a fact (from somone that has been here 24 7 casting now over 18 months) I knows them all :)
