Recently Adobe released a critical security update for earlier versions of 10 and 9. The new version is 10.0.32.
After installing this update, I and others could not get a video in movies shown in H264 format. After several cycles of installations, attempting to watch a move and uninstallings, I finally received a message in one of the channel indicating my flash player had a bug, could not be used with movies in H264 and I that should download version 9.
Finally after restoring to my previous flash player, I posted the incident in the Adobe forum where I met other Justintv lovers who also could not view a movie after downloading the update.
Everyone using Flash Player 10.0.22 and earlier are putting their computers at risk, including me. Today I discovered the following link through a "retweet":
http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb09-10.html
There is also a patch (buried) for Adobe 9 (9.0.246.0) which for many may be the only recourse for now. Although it is not widely advertised.
Owners, administrators, broadcasters, etc., please work with Adobe to get this mess straighten out as soon as possible?
Thank you.
