I have seen many anime channels in the entertainment channel and I was wondering if it is okay to broadcast them. Here is the list I am wondering
Dragon Ball Z
Pokemon
Yu gi oh
Inuyasha
and thats it.

That is copyrighted content, and the channel broadcasting that content will be suspended when the copyright holder sees it.

then can you explain why there are atleast 10 of them in the Gaming section which NEVER get banned?
Even people like iMoogle who has a very popular gaming channel has an Anime channel that has not been banned
It seems JTV only ban the less popular streams

Yes, I have seen channels in the entertainment section who stream Dragon ball z with over 300 viewers every day. Plus, They are all 24/7 channels.

Because the copyright holder hasn't sent JTV a complaint. As soon as they do, if ever, it will be taken down.
