First of all, thanks for running this website - it is nice to have this viewing alternative!

I am curious as to why Home Improvement disappeared from the list of shows available on this site. Had the show simply run long enough?

Home Improvement as in the TV Show? It's illegal to show that stuff on Justin.tv and the channel was probably suspended.
