[Tutorial] Setting up XSplit to work with J.TV

Hey folks, just a tutorial I threw together due to the amount of people I get requesting how to guides on using XSplit. I was hoping it would stand out from similar guides because it attempts to explain some of the settings and what impact they have on the cast's quality. If anyone has any feedback or errors they think should be corrected, please give me a shout.

with xsplit?

you have a "add" , "add media file..." menu

yes, I added a video file, but why won't it play

It doesn't address troubleshooting issues like how can i get my mic in and line ins to work together on my stream and using windows xp?

when i try to stream capture vlc it comes out red why?
