ip banned from justin.tv for no reason

Getting a blocked from using Justin.tv services message few days ago. Already emailed a contact at justin.tv about the issue. Have no clue why this happened, just wondering if this is a common problem anyone else is having?i haven't stream for a long time.could you please unblock me?

hello, i see your channel is not banned so probably your ip is banned, if like you say this is happening for more than 24 hours then someone else with the same ip was banned, contact daniel@justin.tv or dylan@justin.tv with your username and ip so they can see what is happening.
