Highlights clock synchronized?

When I made a highlight this morning and played it back the subject that should have been on the video was not there. Is the clock synchronized correctly to match the time in the videos?

Yes there is a ticketed bug with highlights about that, that is ranked as high priority. As you can see from this tweet they are working on these issues and trying to have them solved soon.
