Default Flashy/glitchy Video

Hello, im trying to broadcast me playing combat arms, but on the receiving end of the transmit (the channel) it often flashes the image or has a lag spike and jumps ahead of where its at. I have Comcast Cable internet which is one of the better type of internet...what's the reason my video doesn't come out good?

please check this out it may give you some pointers >>> http://www.justin.tv/p/video_games - - - - this may also be of help >>>>> http://community.justin.tv/mediawiki...p_broadcasting for video casting.
To cast video stream, you can use Quicktime broadcaster, Flash Media Encoder, SeeToo, CamTweet (www.camtweet.com) or the broadcaster available on the JTV website.
Now this one is the most likely to help you >>>> http://community.justin.tv/mediawiki...e_Broadcasting - - - - see also stereo mixing info >>> http://community.justin.tv/mediawiki.../Stereo_Mixing

Good luck

Have you thought about using a capture card to capture your PC screen? It is less resource intensive and FPS is usually better.

Check your FPS rates on cap and on FME and see if their at odds with one and another, had this same issue awhile back when i was first starting up. Also check your kbps rate on FME and see if it's too low a bitrate, best recommendation is roughly 450-500kbps total rate (including the audio stream) Don't use the higher bandwidth audio selections in FME as this can cause lagging issues to. If your streaming an online playable game, you'll need to use a lower rate anyway because your also transmitting to the game server and networked games usually take up more bandwidth overall then offline games.
