To help speed up the support process, when making a post please list the following:

Which Broadcaster you are using:
  • JTV Good
  • JTV Best
  • SeeToo
  • Flash Media Encoder (FME) - Please indicate which version you are using
  • Wirecast
  • Quicktime Broadcaster
