IP Ban in Error

OK, so I have this IP ban in error for months and I would like to know if it would ever be lifted.
Nobody is answering tons of messages I sent to jtv. I was beyond patient but never got one response.

I had to close my account because somebody was posting abusive messages under my name on every single channel I loved and there was nothing I could do. I could not report or even sign out cause I was getting "blocked" messages.

I had this ban "You have been blocked from using Justin.tv services, etc." even before I could register so clearly I did not violate any rules and it was in ERROR.
When I finally opened an account I kept getting these "blocked" messages ( more frequently) and could use it less and less. I did not and do not want to broadcast.

I see banned people get right back into chat rooms and I cannot get this IP ban to be lifted. I would love to open a new account so please let me know if this can ever be fixed.

Please don't tell me not to post same topic twice since nothing has been done and I never got an explanation. If this can't be fixed, it's OK, I will stop wasting everybody's time.
