The directory sometimes will not load in language zh-TW

In Jtv's directory page,
when I choose language as zh-TW (繁體-中文)
(http://en.justin.tv/directory?order=hot&lang=zh-TW)

there is a high possibility that , the page says that there is no channel (actually there are many channels broadcasting...)
