If they were concerned about the music on his stream, then his account should've been
SUSPENDED instead of terminated so he could've been given a chance to explain where he got the music (There is such a thing as
PODSAFE MUSIC you know! Afterall, it ain't like Adam Curry & the gang at
Mevio didn't start (At least one of) the very first podsafe music networks in
MusicAlley).
There's also music which is licensed under a little something called
CREATIVE COMMONS as well. But I suppose the (Once again!)
SUITS wouldn't care about something like that either, would they? To that end, I refer you to
this site as an example of Creative Commons Licensed music.
Getting back to the point at hand, recently there was a thread commenting on the number of
IDIOTIC MORONS streaming the Super Bowl. Whatever happened to
THOSE accounts holders? Were they banned for TOS violations? (Be honest & spare us the PR crap!)
