console to tv and pc

besides the obvious equipment. is there any other way to connect a console to tv to play and pc for stream.

i figure there is a delay if i were to play striate from the pc monitor. and i have no purchased the obvious equipment.

hoping a way with vcrs or something ghetto.

One thing that you could do is split the video, so that it goes to both your capture card and your TV.

However, this may slightly reduce quality.
