Nothing on channel will change?

Nothing on my channel seems to want to change anymore.. Banner, Background image, Even the channel colors will not change ever since i added the HTML picture at the bottom of my channel (http://www.justin.tv/ghosttv5) Anyone know why or experiencing a similar problem?:confused:
