If they were concerned about the music on his stream, then his account should've been SUSPENDED instead of terminated so he could've been given a chance to explain where he got the music (There is such a thing as PODSAFE MUSIC you know! Afterall, it ain't like Adam Curry & the gang at Mevio didn't start (At least one of) the very first podsafe music networks in MusicAlley).

There's also music which is licensed under a little something called CREATIVE COMMONS as well. But I suppose the (Once again!) SUITS wouldn't care about something like that either, would they? To that end, I refer you to this site as an example of Creative Commons Licensed music.

Getting back to the point at hand, recently there was a thread commenting on the number of IDIOTIC MORONS streaming the Super Bowl. Whatever happened to THOSE accounts holders? Were they banned for TOS violations? (Be honest & spare us the PR crap!)

I'm not posting this just for my health. I'm posting this AS SOMEONE WHO HAS TO BAN QUITE A FEW PEOPLE FOR WHAT I DEEMED TO BE INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR!!!!! Have you seen my ban list??? IT IS A MILE LONG!!!!!

(Note that I DO NOT remove people from my ban list - Once they're banned - THEY ARE BANNED!!!!! No second chances)

If JTV isn't going to let Vaughn back on, then they'd better deploy another bot like it that IS their property or WE WILL SEE SOME MAJOR CHAT PROBLEMS REAL SOON!!!!! Anybody with ANY amount of IRC experience (Either as a channel op or regular user) can (And usually WILL!!) attest to this.
