Problem Embedding

I have a problem embedding my stream. Error 1337, i'm using the exact copy and paste that it instructs. Doesn't work on either Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari.

Channel is offline at the moment, but below is the pastebin of the code i'm using.

What am I doing wrong? The only thing i've changed is the width and height.

Are you hosting the page locally or on a website?

Currently locally, but will be moved to my webhosting very shortly... Perhaps that's the issue?

that part of the code seems to be ok, i saved that to a html file to my desktop and i see the channel(offline) http://prntscr.com/7tje1

Here is a screenshot taken around an hour ago. It's currently running locally, i'll try upload it to my webserver - but if it's working locally for you, I don't understand why it's not for me?

still have the same problem? maybe was something with jtv 1 hour ago, other than the missing images or files of course, i see it http://prntscr.com/7tkdl without the error so i don't think is the html itself

Locally is usually the problem due to some Flash security restrictions.
