Need help (I'm IP banned and also have an iOS app issue)

I was IP banned a while ago (approx. 2 years) for having an alt account with an inappropriate username. I was wondering if I could get that revoked now.

Also, I purchased the JTV iOS app and whenever I select the Entertainment section all I get is a bunch of spanish channels. The gaming section shows the right channels though.

I would recommend you email dylan@justin.tv with an explanation of what happened, the username, and why you feel you deserve to be unbanned.
