Will banned users still be banned after the rollout?

During the week that the new code base was in place, I noticed in my channel settings page that the list of banned users was empty. Now that JTV rolled back to the old code, all the banned users are again listed in the channel settings section. I've been casting regularly for awhile, and I'd prefer that the miscreants that earned a ban don't get unbanned because of the JTV upgrade. So my question is, will the list of channel-banned users remain intact after the JTV rewrite? If the answer to that question is "no", may I ask for that issue to be reconsidered? Sure, the channel owners and mods can always ban the disruptive people again as they resurface, but it would be nice if we didn't have to.

Yes, they will still be banned. One of the many bugs with "New JTV" was the ban list not actually showing who is banned but they are still banned in the chat server.
