Default Is JTV okay?

Since JTV 'rolled out' large updates last week, JTV users have so many troubles. One of the key to keep using JTV is chatting with watching programs together. But now, users almost cannot chat! There are many trouble reports and users are so tired about that.
Around 3yrs before, I remember, JTV run 2 versions same time, beta version and old version. When I could not watch beta channel, I just switched to old one. They could run 2 versions. Why cannot they run 2 versions together now? Cost? Lost thinking for users?
I have been using JTV for almost 5yrs, because I love JTV. But,if JTV will continue ignoring users, many users will leave JTV, and I will too. I want JTV to think carefully what is important.

What would really help, and calm the users is honesty.

If indeed JTV had a team of engineers working on the chat issues, we would see a difference. We don't see a difference at all. Its the weekend no one works on the weekend. Just tell us that.

Say.. "We will get our people on it first thing Monday morning. Sorry for the inconvenience."

Quit lying to people. It's insulting.

Dylan & Co. ARE being honest. When Dylan says they have a team of people working to resolve an issue - I BELIEVE IT because JTV isn't like UStream or Livestream who DO ignore their users (Both freeloaders & those who pay alike). Because of this, I believe JTV will be around WELL after the other two are LONG gone

JMO.....

Cheers

Really? An entire team? Must be a pretty serious problem, with all those people working on it, and still no results after two days.

Load times are not like regular bugs there are lots of different things that can cause it meaning it could be a really hard to find issue that is very complex to fix. Thank you for you patience hopefully it will be resolved soon.

JTV needs users' patience. patience, patience, and patience. This is kind of ascetic practice that let ordinary people be Zen master. Almost I can be a Zen master! Please don't let us be Zen masters.

We have a team of underpaid thirteen-year-old wanna-be engineers working on the chat. I'm sorry we can't afford to hire REAL professionals to fix the issues in a timely matter even though we make a TON of money through page-filled advertisements

^ FIXED
