I've had the same problem for the past few days also. I would assume I have the same issue, where my account was created on the new system. I have tried multiple browsers, I have tried logging in through Twitch and JTV, and even the login link that was just posted. I get a 404 page not found error when I try the link (www.justin.tv/user/login?) But when trying to log in from the home page, it looks like I've successfully logged in, but then the sign in link is still at the top of the page.
I dont mind if I have to recreate my account if it's due to the system rollback, but I really want the username I chose (concurguild) Is it possible to have that account deleted, and then I recreate it? |

Having this issue as well. Upon signing in, the page refreshes without logging me in. I enter the password and username and when I select login the page refreshes.
I've switched between FF and chrome. Cleared cookies and all that. Tried logging in from a different pc. |

Hi Everyone,
I had a bit of time to investigate this. Let me give you some background before I explain what is going on: We are currently in the process of transitioning Justin.tv from Rails to Django. You can read about this here. Unfortunately the update brought multiple bugs to the website. We had to roll the update back. You can read about that here. It is looking like those who are having login issues created an account somewhere between Monday, April 9th and Friday, April 13th. This is the period that NewJTV was active. Unfortunately usernames on the newer version of Justin.tv are unable to communicate with this older version of JTV. They are not compatible with the downgrade. Heathletcher, I investigated your username to confirm this theory. We decided to try a manual reset of your password and see if this updated the database (you will need to reset your password due to this). Unfortunately it did not. I was able to confirm that your username will sign in on newJTV when we release it. We're going to spend roughly a week patching the new bugs and you should be back up and running. In the meantime, I would set up a new account. We are so sorry for this problem! We weren't planning to roll back the update.
