Is justin.tv the place for a TV station to broadcast it's live content?

We're an ISV and currently building a web presence for a national TV station in Indonesia.
Our question is pretty straightforward, can the TV station open up a channel in justin.tv and broadcast it's live content?

Justin.TV is a place designed for people to broadcast any content they own, live. It's main intention is for Social Casting/Life Caster (where people are infront of the camera and answer questions from the Chat or just talk live), but any content excluding contents that violate the Community Guidelines are welcome.
