There is no currently supported Justin.TV Android App. Hopefully they may start development again in the future, but with the fragmentation of Android it is currently too costly to support.

There are many UNOFFICIAL apps on GP that can be used to view JTV/TwitchTV channels but the only official JTV/TwitchTV app there is the TwitchTV one (Why can't this one be adapted for use on JTV? *Perplexed Look* )

Cheers

There is a Twitch.tv Android app which seems to work great for a lot of people. I have it on both my tablet (Nexus 7, 4.2 Jellybean) and my phone (Samsung Galaxy SII, 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich). It is fairly basic, but it works great. Why not use the same code for a Justin.tv Android app?

Currently when I visit the Justin.tv site on any android device I am greeted with a giant banner to install your Android app. But that app only broadcasts. When i dismiss the banner I'll just end up on Flash pages. Serving Flash pages to Android devices these days is just as bad as serving Flash pages to iOS devices. Flash for Android is no longer developed and can't be installed through the Google Play Market. A user will have to jump through hoops to sideload an old Flash version from questionable sources. And even if the user does manage to install Flash on Android, the default browser (Chrome) has dropped any form of Flash support, so you'll also have to install an alternate browser. Alternatively there are a few unofficial Justin.tv viewer apps, but those also require Flash to be installed and the same hoop jumping.
To sum it up: The Justin.tv experience on Android devices is extremely poor right now. While Android is still growing in market share, and more people get tablets which are great for viewing live streams.

To sum it up EVEN FURTHER for you guys - Flash is either installed onto the device STOCK or NOT AT ALL !!!

This holds true with Android devices as well as (Apparently) iOS devices

Either way JTV, you're gonna have to tackle this issue SOMEHOW as you can't keep hiding from it forever

Cheers

You don't need to use any apps you just need an old version of flash player that support android from macromedia archieve i think and then you can watch justin without any apps
