Okay i understand that it was DMCA...... The admins can unban me from the site... people get DMCA shut down every single day!!! why is this any different?? George..??? Can you please unban me.. I dont care about my username!!! Just unban my IP... People who stream southpark for instance .... they get shut down by the DMCA BUT they do not get banned from the site... there username gets banned and that channel gets closed down... I could careless about getting the channel back.. I just want to be unbanned from the site.... i goto the site and it says this . Sorry, you have been banned from using Justin.tv. Please contact us if you believe this is in error.... Please unban me... I even called the offices and left a message... I know you all can unban me because i see it happen everyday...

People who get shutdown from the DMCA are not " banned from the site" .. their channel gets shutdown... they make a new channel.. that gets shutdown.. they make a new one... so on and so on... I do not want this channel back. I want to be unbanned from the site. George, i dont think you're understanding what i am asking.. " block from using jtv services"... jtv (admins or even staff) CAN'T do nothing in this case unless the copyright holder tells them this was a mistake and then staff can unban you, but you already said you was casting the oplympics so ....

if the other users you mention had found a way to come back after a dmca ban (until the next channel is banned again) well that is something they figured a way how to do it and we are not going to discuss that here.
