Audio Level Problem With Virtual Audio Cables

I have to set up 2 lines with my mic running through one and my stereo mix running through another in order to stream them both with Flash Media Encoder (I can't use Xsplit anymore. For some reason it lags.) The problem is, the stereo mix volume is fine, but my mic is way too quiet. I have tried messing with the volume settings for them both, but no matter what I do, my mic is always quieter.
