Check Your Flash/Browser Versions

It would seem that many issues that people are having with the site can be easily fixed just by upgrading browsers and or the flash plug-in. Please check to be sure you have the latest versions if it is all possible.

Adobe Flash Player: Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

Mozilla Firefox: Go to 'Help' and there should be a "Check for Updates..." option. Download link: http://www.firefox.com
Internet Explorer: Easiest way to update is to use the built-in Microsoft Windows Update. You can also check out http://www.microsoft.com/ie to find the latest version.
Google Chrome: This browser should update itself or notify you when there is an update. The link to download is http://www.google.com/chrome
Apple Safari: Apple products are good about notifying you when there is an update. The link to download is http://www.apple.com/safari/
Opera: This browser should update itself or notify when an update is available, if not click help then look for updates. The link to download is http://www.opera.com/browser/

To look-up the version of your browser, try going to the "Help" menu and find an "About" option. To look up your version of Flash, go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
