Tons of problems -.-

Hello guys,

I have tons of problems to stream.

First of all, I'm using FME 3.0. If I stream with it, I can choose between a bad quality or an awesome quality, but horrible audio delay. And since I wanna stream with good quality and no audio delay, I tried different things, without success.

I read swiftor's tutorial, tried the things he wrote, without success.

I tried to stream with On2, without success. Firefox keeps freezing. Haven't found anything with google, on the forum or elsewhere.

Tried to find the On2-plugin, without success.

Tried to stream with the standard justin.tv broadcasting system, without success. I got an awesome quality, but I couldn't set the audio device to my cap card.

My capture card: Pinnacle USB-510

My laptop: HP Pavillion dv9500; AMD Turion 64 x2 1,90Ghz; Nvidia Geforce 7150m, 2GB RAM.

Please, can anybody here help me with my problem? I absolutely haven't found any useful solutions on the web.

EDIT:

I just found out that the capture card is the problem. If I stream with Mic (Conexant High Definition), it works. If I use the Pinnacle USB-510 audio device, it freezes.
