having noticed the new player skin and the colour highlight in the user list in channels i gotta say im really liking it , this actually looks good thanks i love the new look anyone else agree ? thanks guys 1 change i like :cool:

i agree i guess its a part of the jtv django upgrade however there was supposed to be an announcement on the forums b4 they rolled that out which i havent seen yet so hmmmmm lol

Actually, its a side effect of not being on Django yet. Twitch got a redesign this week and some of the changes spilled over to Justin.tv.

Django is still in the bug fixing phase to my knowledge so none of these changes have to do with that. I would assume what Bgeorge says to be the most logical explanation, which is that the 'discoloration' is due to JTV still using the legacy rails system, and the changes on the Twitch.TV end are impacting Justin.TV.

I like the video player skin, but I don't like the purple links. That shade of purple looks like the "you already clicked this link" color.

Most people seem to be saying the same thing Dylan but since you mentioned colours, do you have any idea why our name colours sometimes change without touching them? This has been happening on and off for a long time now :confused:

Would be nice if you could look into that sometime while working on the chat please.
