thank you justin tv fix the chat load problem, but in "manage your account" page, category subcategory and language my browser still can't change the setting.

I can confirm Chat is working in FF 3.6.28

Thank you Dev Team.

The bug in the embedded chat is still there though. When you click the tools (Gear Icon) the tools menu comes up behind the chat.

Kylehahaha, can you try updating to IE9 or trying a different browser, IE8 wasn't compliment when it comes to following HTML, CSS, and JavaScript standards, which makes it extremely difficult to support and causes a lot of issues.

Hopefully this can work as a temporary solution at least to the issues you are experiencing.
