Best settings for my computer

I need some help. My goal is to stream live gaming from my ps3 to twitch.

I'll realize this with my MacBook Pro 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5. At the moment i have 4gb RAM, but will upgrade to 8gb. Now i have the problem that my CPU i used to 99% when streaming.

I have tried a lot of settings. A lower fps, lower bitrate, etc. but i would lower the resolution because i want to stream in HQ..

My question now: Does someone have a good setting for my Computer. So that i can stream in good quality without lag.. At the moment my average output fps is around 10fps..

I heard about a command line mode in FME 3.2. But i don't know really what that is and how i'll get this to work..
