Default Recurring Payments Although Account Closed

Hello, I have been billed for four months now (starting May '12) for a channel subscription on a closed account.

Account Name: Ogenkideska
Email Associated with Account: mszsoliven@live.com
What I am being billed for: IPL HD Viewing Pass

Background: I used a promo code from IGN Prime that I thought would allow me to view HD content from IPL's twitch channel, though when I subscribed I inputted my billing information because I thought it was required (April 2012). In May, I was billed for the channel, so to stop recurring payments I decided to close the account (Ogenkideska). In June, I was billed again for the channel and then contacted my bank to try to terminate the payments, they asked to settle it with the vendor (Justin.tv). In response I emailed help@justin.tv about my issue and to date have yet to receive a response. In July, I was billed again for the channel and emailed purchase-support@justin.tv and to date have yet to receive a response (I got the automated response). Today, August 6 '12, I've been billed again and decided to post here about my issue.

I am asking for anyone to help me stop these recurring payments from Justin.tv and this channel.

I have copies of the emails should they be required with timestamps using live's email client to ensure no forgery. I also have copies of the invoices I received telling me that I have been billed. If you are a moderator please ask if you require them as they have some sensitive information such as my name.

If anyone could help I'd appreciate it greatly.

hi, i would mail again purchase-support or daniel@justin.tv (purchase people had a lot of issues with pro accounts lately )

Thank you so much! I emailed again today and got a response the same day. They were also kind enough to give me a refund, which I was not expecting.
