Hollow, Tinty sound when streaming

Hello all,

Tonight when we were testing the stream we had a "hollow" "Tinty" sound when we played audio..we were using FME - we adjusted bitrates/sample rates etc. then we tried without FME...then we tried multiple sources I.E. 2nd PC - CD player - magic cam through FME and just the plain Justin player...everything had the same sound...it was almost like a flanger was in the mix...we even tried 2 different mixer boards...we concluded that it must be on the JTV side..have there been any issues with audio? ..any suggestions?
