Impersonation - Terms of Service

Recently, there have been several channels that have impersonated Only Movies - Cajoles. The first was dark_mov2, the next, dark_mov, and now, Cajules. The broadcasters of these channels are recreating Only Movies' channel completely, duplicating Profile Picture and even internal art work. It seems to me, this would be a violation of the Justin.tv Terms of Service - 8.5 impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, or access the Justin.tv Service accounts of others without permission, forge another persons' digital signature, misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information transmitted via the Justin.tv Service, or perform any other similar fraudulent activity;
I do understand that imitation is the best form of flattery, however, in this case, it is not.

Please report these accounts when you find them, and they will be investigated by the administration. Nothing can be done through these forums.

It would have been nice if you mentioned that the person being impersonated needs to report... not random viewers/mods.

Your correct, sorry I forgot to mention this point.

I like any person make mistakes, and never have claimed to be perfect. I will usually close threads with topics that need to be solved through other means such as DMCA, Ban Appeals, and TOS violations.

As people like you, who frequent these forums, know they were not designated to be used to discuss such topics. There are sometimes new users who don't know this, and they feel they should give their input on a ban or violation. these types of posts do not help the original poster of reaching their end goal, so I am simply attempting to prevent such content.

If you or anyone else has an issue with how I operate feel free to PM me, I would happily hear any input you have, but I do request that they be respectful, as I would never treat any user disrespectfully I would hope to be treated the same.
