Permanently IP Banned on TwitchTV

'm not even signed in or anything and I keep getting the message : " You have been blocked from using Justin.tv services, for more information please visit this page to learn more." I read about the global ban which only lasts 24hours. But it's been about 48 hours now. I don't even stream, I am e-mailing you to find out the reason why. My belief is that I've been banned from too many chat rooms but that is only suppose to last 24hours. Please help me back as I am still unable to log in/sign up for another account. I've resetted my router and cleared my cache, cookies, everything.

Chat bans will not block you from accessing the entire website, only chat. Since your channel does not appear to be closed, its likely that someone you share an IP address with someone who was banned or another one of your accounts.

You can email help@twitch.tv and they can look into removing the ban.

then if that's the case how long will my ban be? and honestly there is nobody else in my household that uses Twitch but me.. and ive never broadcasted live or anything on any other accounts. so is this a mistake? how do you lift this ban if its a mistake .been longer than 48hours as of now.. and i read community guidelines, all ive done wrong is chat issues. ive never broadcasted so i hope this is a mistake.


my only accounts are 1galaxi jacobmatrix jakematrix calistair kalistair, and i dont believe ive ever used them as much as 'Calistair'.

edit: I've sent emails to a few twitch admins and two messages to support. I hope I receive a message within 7 business days. Otherwise, do you have any idea by any chance that itll be solved by then?
