Exclamation CamTwist quality issues. Mac

Hi yall! I have just started trying to stream after getting inspired! (Thanks http://www.twitch.tv/redpeanutgaming) and I've been trying. So I'm on a MacBook OSX V 10.7.2 Processor : 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, Memory(RAM): 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3. So I run CamTwist fine. Press Command + P to look at the preview, and I get ABSOLUTELY NO lag/quality issues. Then, I start streaming and it look HORRIBlE! Extremely low quality and lots of lag. But whilst im streaming, if I look in the preview, its still HQ and no lag. Is this my Internet? On the settings for CamTwist, I have the Video Size : 1280x720 and the Max FPS set to 30. Im getting about 40 FPS on my comp whilst im doing this, but the stream still ends up with about 6 FPS Help me!

Default Try this if you haven't yet figured it out.

CamTwist Settings

Step 3: Adjust Settings: Effects in Use ==> Desktop & PIP Webcam
Settings: Screen: Main Screen, Full Screen: Show mouse pointer (Simulated)

FMLE Settings:

Preset: Custom
Video Device: CamTwist
Format: H.264
Frame Rate: 24.00 fps
Input Size: 640x480
Bit Rate: 800 Kbps
Output Size: 640x480

I use a 15" Late 2008 MBP. 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 DUO.

I hope this works for you. My stream is decent, a tad laggy but doable. I think the lag comes from CamTwist though. I'm still trying to figure that out!

Let me know if this helps.
Here's my SC2 stream, www.twitch.tv/ultrazerotv
